Employment Tribunals and Sexual Harassment

 
Employment tribunals were set up to resolve disputes and differences between employers and employees.  If you have been advised to go down this route the  first step will be to see if ACAS (Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service) can resolve the matter. If the matter is not resolved  with the help of ACAS then the matter is taken to a Tribunal where your case will be put forward to an independent judicial body.
